About Me
Traditional HATHA YOGA Teacher
and forever student.
I studied with Pranam Yoga Joseph in Kerala, India, whose teachings awakened my deep passion for backbends and the subtle art of awareness through movement.

Teaching

Om Sahana Vavatu
“Om together may we two move.”
My classes weave together Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation, creating a grounded and introspective practice. I teach with hands-on adjustments and with the constant reminder to return to your breath — the bridge between body and mind.

Shantihi.
We begin each class by arriving fully in the space, taking a moment to settle and connect inward. Through breathing exercises, we ground ourselves and calm down. With the Kapalabhati breath, we activate both the physical and subtle body, releasing stagnant energy and prepare our bodies to move.
I will guide you through a mindful sequence of postures, beginning with a gentle warm-up before moving into foundational poses and gradually exploring more advanced asanas. We practice by listening to the intelligence of the body, allowing it to show us how far we can go. With the breath as our guide, we learn to soften resistance and dive deeper into each posture with awareness and ease.
We start the class with a prayer and end the class with a prayer and silence. After moving through Pranayama and Asana, the body and mind naturally settle into meditation. A few minutes of stillness and focused awareness allow us to experience the quiet fruits of yoga — clarity, peace, and inner connection.
